Scottsdale 85255 Market Update | September 2017

Here is a look at Scottsdale, 85255 zip code real estate market statistics for September.  New listings are up 5.1% from August with a total of 164 new listings vs. 156 in August.  New contracts were up in September by 17.8% from last month and up 6.3% from September 2016.  The median sold price of $650,000 has gone up when compared to August 2016 which was $561,375.
