Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty and Monson Luxury Group's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The exclusive venue for any legal action or proceeding between Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, Monson Luxury Group and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
